姜汁撞奶~撞不出来!

看似简单, 要成功还真的得靠运气!
本来没想过要尝试, 看看做法也不难, 我就不信我做不成! 结果证明我太高估自己了!
尝试了2次, 结果喝了2次有姜味的牛奶, 虽然味道还不错, 可是, 人家是要吃姜汁撞奶啦!
我彻底被姜汁撞奶打败!



第一次, 用这牌子的牛奶, 结果失败!



想了一晚, 死不甘心! 一大早又弄姜汁, 有人说要用脂肪高的奶, 我就用宝贝的FREE SAMPLE 奶粉泡的奶, 再撞! 哎哟! 还是失败!
是我衰, 还是工夫不到家?? 到底要怎样撞才会成?

I have no luck with full cream milk too. But fresh milk yes.
Most of those that had successful curds used fresh milk, the word "fresh" should be there on the box.
